Work is where tasks live. It is the first page you see after signing in.

Three views of the same tasks

Switch views with the tabs at the top right. Each view keeps the same tasks and filters, and the choice is in the link, so a shared link opens the same view.
  • List groups tasks by status, with what needs attention first.
  • Board shows a column per status. Drag a card to change its status or order.
  • Timeline places tasks with dates on a calendar.
Tasks move through five statuses: Backlog, Todo, In progress, In review and Done. Blocked is a flag on top of any status, not a status of its own.

Add a task

Type in Add a task and press Enter at the top of the list. A new task starts as Todo with medium priority, in the scope you are viewing (Personal or Workspace). Open a task to fill in the rest: Every change and comment is kept in the task’s Activity. Giving a task to an agent records it as the owner. It does not start the agent by itself: message the agent in its chat, and link the task there.

What needs you

The sidebar lists open tasks in three sections:
  • Needs you: tasks in review where you are the reviewer, and blocked tasks you own or review.
  • Assigned to me: tasks you own or review.
  • Everything: every open task you can see.
A reviewer can approve a task in review (it moves to Done) or send it back, even without permission to edit the task.

Personal and workspace tasks

Personal tasks are visible only to you. Workspace tasks are visible to everyone in the workspace, and their owner and reviewer must be workspace members. Moving a task to Personal clears an owner or reviewer who is not you.
