Overlay separates:
  • Interactive browser — the user’s browsing panel / profile.
  • Agent browser — tool-driven sessions used by chat agents.
Agent browser traffic is subject to destination policy that blocks private, loopback, link-local, metadata, and other restricted targets. This is defense in depth. It does not make arbitrary host execution safe under Full access.
